On every paid plan

What Frank does for you each week

  1. Finds real opportunities

Panels, peer review, awards, memberships, speaking calls and press, ranked by the criterion they help.

  2. Prepares applications you approve

Nothing goes out in your name until you say yes.

  3. Saves proof as evidence

Each win is saved in USCIS exhibit format.

  4. Sends one next step

A weekly email tells you what to work on next.

We never use paid awards, bought panel seats, pay-to-play memberships or pay-to-publish journals.

A separate parole fee set by law ($1,020, or $1,050 for requests postmarked on or after October 16, 2026) can be charged at the border when you return, unless an exception applies. The fee schedule lists green card applicants returning from a short trip as one exception. Your attorney checks this before you travel.

I-129FFiancé(e) petition (K-1)$675
I-907Premium processing$2,965 for I-140 and most I-129 petitions (including O-1, H-1B, L-1, E and TN). $1,780 for H-2B and R.

Small employer means 25 or fewer full-time equivalent employees. Fees change, so always check the USCIS fee schedule before you file.

Good to know

Fees and timelines people ask about

  1. Premium processing timeframes

USCIS acts within 15 business days for most I-129 petitions and for EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 (without NIW) and EB-3 I-140s. For NIW and EB-1C, it is 45 business days. The action may be an approval, a denial, an RFE or a NOID.

  2. No premium processing for I-485 or I-130

Other than premium cases, times vary. Check USCIS processing times.

  3. Extra H-1B fees

Many H-1B petitions also need a $500 fraud fee (for a first petition or a new employer) and, unless exempt, an ACWIA fee of $750 or $1,500 based on employer size. Some large H-1B employers owe $4,000 more.

  4. The $100,000 H-1B payment

The fee schedule still lists a $100,000 payment for some new H-1B petitions, from a 2025 proclamation. A federal court vacated the USCIS guidance for it in June 2026, and DHS said it will comply. This may change, so your attorney checks it before filing.

  5. Green card waits

EB-1 and EB-2 green cards have yearly per-country limits. Depending on where you were born, you may wait for a visa number after your I-140 is approved.

Refund-backed terms: only when an attorney approves them

Some cases may get refund-backed terms. This happens only if the reviewing attorney approves it after assessing your case. You cannot request refund-backed terms or buy them.

So you know the cost before you start. Your exact legal fee is quoted before you sign, and it does not grow with every email or call.

No. Frank covers O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B and EB-2 NIW only. For other visas, attorneys at the partner firm handle your filing without Frank.
