How it works
A week with Frank
Here is a normal week on a paid plan. Frank does the slow part. You make the decisions and do the work itself.
-
Frank finds opportunities
Frank indexes more than 3,200 opportunities a month. You see the ones that help your weakest criteria first. They are sorted by the gap they fill in your record, not by deadline.
-
You pick, Frank prepares
Choose the ones you want. Frank prepares each application and has it ready for you to check.
-
You say yes, Frank sends
Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it. Frank sends what you approve and tracks every result, so you can see your win rate.
-
You do the work
You do the review, judge the entries, give the talk or write the paper. Only real evidence that can be checked counts.
-
Frank saves the proof
When you win, Frank saves the proof right away. When you add new evidence, your score goes up.
-
One next step, by email
A weekly email tells you what to work on next, so you never have to guess.
Finds real opportunities
Real opportunities, ranked by the criterion they help
Frank looks for six kinds of opportunity. Each one can support a criterion. The criteria named here are from the O-1A and EB-1A lists. O-1B, EB-1B and EB-2 NIW use their own lists or tests.
-
Judging panels
Competitions, hackathons and startup juries where you score other people’s work. These can support the judging criterion. It counts once you have actually judged. An invitation or a seat alone is not proof.
-
Peer review
Requests to review papers for journals and conferences in your field. Completed peer reviews also support the judging criterion. You need the request and proof you finished the review. Peer review invitations are on Pro and Concierge.
-
Awards
Prizes for excellence in your field that are recognized nationally or internationally. These can support the awards criterion. The award has to go to you, not your company. Awards open only to one town, employer or school often carry little national weight.
-
Memberships
Associations, or fellow levels in some societies, that require outstanding achievement judged by recognized experts. These can support the membership criterion. Membership you get through a fee, a degree or years of experience does not count there. For EB-2 NIW, professional memberships can help show exceptional ability.
-
Journals and speaking calls
Calls for papers from professional journals and recognized conferences, and calls for speakers. Articles you write as a listed author can support the scholarly articles criterion, including published papers from recognized conferences. You do not need to be first author. A talk on its own is not a listed criterion.
-
Press
Chances to be covered in professional or major trade publications or major media. These can support the press about you criterion. The article has to be about you and your work. Passing mentions, articles only about your company and paid content generally do not count. For O-1B, reviews and other published material by or about you in major newspapers, trade journals or magazines can count. Press opportunities are on Pro and Concierge, and an add-on on Starter. Concierge adds introductions to journalists and editors.
Opportunities come from your region, or from any region you pick on Concierge. For EB-2 NIW there is no criteria list. Published papers and signs that others use your work can help show you are well positioned to move your work forward.
Prepares applications you approve
You say yes. Frank does the paperwork.
Applying for panels, awards and calls for papers takes hours you may not have. So Frank prepares each application for the opportunities you pick.
You check it first. Nothing goes out in your name until you say yes. If you say no, nothing is sent.
When you approve, Frank sends the application and tracks the result. You see every result and your win rate, so you can tell if the matches are working.
How much Frank does depends on your plan. On Starter, applications are partly done for you, with help filling in applications and forms. On Pro, they are done for you. On Concierge, they are done for you and checked by a person.
In short: you pick and approve. Frank prepares, sends and tracks. If you are accepted, the judging or the review is yours to do.
Saves proof as evidence
Each win saved as proof, when it happens
A win only helps your case if you can prove it later. Frank saves the proof as you go, so you do not have to dig for it when you are ready to file.
-
Saved right away
When you win, Frank saves the proof right away. This is on every paid plan. When you add new evidence, your score for that criterion goes up.
-
The proof the rules ask for
For peer review, that is the request and proof you finished the review. For judging, it is proof you took part, not just an invitation. For press, it is the article with its title, date and author.
-
Citations, press and code, tracked for you
On Pro and Concierge, Frank tracks new citations, press and code automatically. On Starter, this is coming soon. Citations well above your field’s average can help show an original contribution of major significance.
-
Exhibits ready for your attorney
On Pro and Concierge, your evidence is saved as exhibits, ready for your attorney, from day one. On Starter, this is an add-on.
-
Your whole case in one place
The people writing your letters, your exhibits, drafts, deadlines and attorney messages are all in one inbox. Starter includes 2 GB of evidence storage. Pro and Concierge have unlimited storage.
-
An organized record when you are ready
When you are ready, you give your attorney an organized record. On Pro and Concierge, your record is packaged for your attorney. On Starter, this is an add-on.
Sends one next step
One email a week, with your next step
Building a record can take a year or more, alongside your real job. It is easy to lose the thread. On every paid plan, Frank sends a weekly email that tells you what to work on next.
Paid plans also show where you stand at any time. Each criterion gets a strength score. For EB-2 NIW, each part of the test gets one instead. Weak areas are named clearly, so you know what to work on first.
Between emails, each plan adds more help. Starter alerts you when a criterion needs work. Pro adds warnings when your evidence looks weak, and a 1-to-1 strategy call every 3 months. Concierge adds a coach who meets with you every two weeks, and someone who coordinates your profile work from start to finish.
The free evaluation scores you once, names your weak areas and gives you one clear next step to start with. The weekly email starts on Starter.

What Frank never does
Only a record that is really yours
Everything Frank charges for is work: matching, drafting help, reaching out to editors and organizers, and organizing your evidence. None of it is evidence for sale.
-
No paid awards
We don’t sell awards. Paying your way into a criterion rarely helps, and it can hurt.
-
No bought panel seats
We don’t buy you a seat on a panel. Judging counts only when you actually judged.
-
No pay-to-play memberships
We don’t arrange memberships you get just by paying. For the O-1A and EB-1 membership criteria, a membership you get just by paying a fee does not count.
-
No pay-to-publish journals
We don’t arrange journals that accept your paper because you paid. We won’t build a record that isn’t really yours.
-
Nothing sent without your yes
Frank only applies for opportunities you approve. Nothing goes out in your name until you say yes.
This protects you, not just us. USCIS looks closely at evidence. Paid promotional content generally does not count as press about you. A petition built on fake or bought evidence can be denied. A finding of fraud or misrepresentation can be held against you in every future immigration filing.
Frank builds the record. Attorneys make the legal case.
Frank is AI software. It does not give legal advice, decide if you qualify or predict an outcome. Licensed attorneys at an independent partner firm draft, review and file every petition, under a separate agreement. Green Card Guide is not a law firm. No outcome is guaranteed, and only USCIS decides. Read the disclosure.
