What changes for you
Fewer surprises for your budget and your people
Immigration costs are hard to plan when bills arrive by the hour. Here, each case has a flat legal fee. You see it before anyone signs. Government fees are listed separately, so you know which money goes to USCIS.
Every petition gets two attorneys. One leads the case. A second attorney reads it with fresh eyes before it is filed. If USCIS sends a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) on a case they filed, the response is part of the fee.
Green Card Guide is not a law firm. Licensed attorneys at an independent partner firm do all legal work under a separate agreement with you. A partner-firm attorney confirms each person’s eligibility before anything is filed.

FAQ
Questions People teams ask
No. Licensed attorneys at an independent partner firm do all legal work under a separate agreement. They confirm each person’s eligibility and sign and file the petitions.
No. Every programme files cases on the same published per-case schedule. There is no enterprise markup. Growth and Enterprise add services, which is why they have a custom quote.
An RFE or NOID response is included in the legal fee on cases the partner firm filed. An RFE is not a denial. It means USCIS wants more proof before it decides.
Times vary by form and service center. Check USCIS processing times. With premium processing, USCIS acts on most I-129 petitions within 15 business days. That action can be an approval, a denial or a request for more evidence.
No one can. Only USCIS decides. What you get is two attorneys on every petition and a clear view of each case.
Yes. You can sponsor seats on Frank, our extraordinary ability partner, for people aiming at O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B or EB-2 NIW. You see programme-level reporting, not their personal evidence. If they leave, they keep their account.
