What gets easier

Stop asking five people where a case stands

When cases live in inboxes and spreadsheets, nobody has the full picture. HR asks the lawyer, the manager asks HR, and the employee waits.

The case board puts every case your company has with the partner firm in one place. The board comes with every business programme, and every legal fee includes access to the case-management portal.

Role-based views

Each person sees what fits their role

Immigration files hold personal documents. Views are split by role, so people see what they need for their part.

Employee

The person whose case it is. They can follow their own case and talk with the case team.

Manager

The person planning around the hire or move. Their view is separate from the employee’s view.

Counsel

Your in-house lawyer or the person who owns immigration. Their view is set up for overseeing the company’s cases.

Compliance tracking: in build, not shipped

We are building compliance tracking for visas, passports, Public Access Files and LCAs. It will connect to your HR system and flag changes for attorney review. It is not live today and is not part of any quote. We will tell you when it is ready.
